Matter: CAMHPRA v. DHS
Outcome: Settlement on behalf of class of disabled, elderly resulting in change in regulation preventing those in residential care from aging in place.

Matter: CBIA v. San Jose
Outcome: In our representation of intervenor affordable housing advocacy groups, California Court of Appeals ruled that San Jose's affordable housing inclusionary zoning ordinance is legal under state law.
